Executive Director is Stepping Down

Arizona Cattle Growers’ members and friends,

In the May 2020 issue of the Arizona Cattlelog, ACGA’s Executive Director Gaither Martin stated: “I would also like to announce that my family and I have decided to pursue new opportunities, and I will be stepping down as the Executive Director effective July 1, 2020.

“Many of our members I have known for years and others I only met in relation to this position. It has been on honor to represent you at the State and Federal levels. The Cattle Growers’ have a long and storied history in our state, of which I am grateful to have been a part. ACGA is positioned to lead the charge protecting our way of life for generations to come. Most of all, I would simply like to say thank you!”

President Elkins followed up this announcement with: “I would like to thank Gaither Martin for his dedication towards protecting the Arizona ranching industry during his time as Executive Director. I wish him the best as he pursues new opportunities and raises his young family!

“The process of finding his replacement will begin on May 5th. We invite those who are interested in applying to contact the office for a position description and the opportunity to apply.”
