HB 2672 - Prohibits a person, the state or its political subdivisions with a better right to appropriate water from preventing the exercise of a junior water right unless doing so would produce water for beneficial use for the better right holder. (Passed in the House. Awaiting vote in the Senate)

HB2365 - Expands the powers of a Natural Resource Conservation District (NRCD) to include surveys, investigations, research and programming relating to eradicating invasive vegetation. (Passed in the House. Awaiting vote in the Senate)
HB 2621 - Requires, to qualify for the Agricultural Water Conservation System Credit, a conservation plan be in effect with a state Natural Resource Conservation District rather than the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). (Passed in the House. Awaiting vote in the Senate)
HB 2084 - Prohibits a city, town or county from requiring a nonprofit corporation or property owner to obtain a building or construction permit for construction of an international boundary wall, if certain conditions are met. HB 2219 - Deems it unlawful to take wildlife on private land without authorization from the landowner or lessee under certain circumstances. Modifies requirements for posted notices and signboards prohibiting hunting, trapping, fishing, taking and guiding on private land. (Passed in the House. Awaiting vote in the Senate)
HB 2592 - Requires the State Land Department (Department) to accept state land lease renewal applications by mail and electronically and prohibits the Department from considering how an application was submitted when determining whether to renew a lease. SB 1083 - Authorizes the Livestock Loss Board to compensate livestock owners for implementing avoidance measures to prevent wolf depredation on livestock. ACGA would like to see additional state funding to match federal funds available in this program. (Passed in the Senate. Awaiting vote in the House)

SB 1241 - Transfers various historic preservation responsibilities from the Director of the State Museum (Director) to the State Historic Preservation Officer (SHPO). (Passed in the Senate. Awaiting vote in the House)
SB 1488 - Expands the Department of Forestry and Fire Management (DFFM) and the Arizona State Land Department 's (ASLD) natural vegetative product removal program to include the removal of hazardous vegetation on public lands. Appropriates $4,000,000 in FY 2021 from the state General Fund (GF) to DFFM to implement the program. (Passed committee in Senate. Awaiting full floor vote)
